i FOUND the location quite convenient. It was near the river. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times, WOW.
The room i stayed in had some issues. the carpet was dirty. The walls also had scuff marks. it looked like THEY needed cleaning!

the room overlooked the river, which i guess was fine.
the room i was in was kind of a letdown (i'm not even exaggerating). there weren't enough lights, just the main ceiling light. also, there wasn't even a comfy chair to sit on. i could hear everything happening in the hallway, hard to sleep.

Its location was good because of its proximity to key sites.
The room's air conditioning did not work well, it only blew hot air. I had to sleep with the windows open because the hotel said it was cooling in the hallways. This was very loud. The condition of the hotel is getting a bit old.
